PREAMBLE
The online store www.bio-buyers.com allows its customers, once registered on the site, to access the catalog of products and services of the Terroir et Sens cooperative in order to acquire them. Products

II - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE BUYERS
2.1 - PLACING OF THE ORDER
If you wish to purchase one or more product(s) listed on the Bio-Buyers store, you must select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your basket. When you have selected all the products you want to buy, you can confirm the contents of your basket and place the order.

Please note that we sell products only in quantities corresponding to the usual average needs of a household. This applies both to the number of products ordered in a single

2.2 – AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.
In the exceptional case where the ordered product is unavailable after the validation of an Order, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone. Bio-Buyers will then offer him the choice of exchanging the ordered product or canceling the order of the unavailable product.
The exchange or cancellation of an unavailable product therefore does not affect the entire contract concluded between the Buyer and Bio-Buyers , which continues to produce its effects with regard to the available products.
2.3 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in MAD (Moroccan dirhams) all taxes included unless otherwise indicated. Bio-Buyers may at any time modify the prices of the products it offers on its Site.
The products are always invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated by Bio-Buyers at the time of the confirmation of the Order.

2.4 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

2.5 - DELIVERY
The Buyer is required to provide the necessary and precise instructions to Bio-Buyers in order to allow him

Products ordered on the Bio-Buyers online store are sent directly by Bio-Buyers . The shipping details are indicated in the order summary.
Delivery times differ according to the delivery method, according to the products ordered and according to the geographical area indicated by the Buyer during the process of placing the Order.
Delivery times are given for information only and have no contractual value. Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the Order process.

In the event that it is informed by the carrier that a delivery is impossible, due to an error in the address indicated during the ordering process, Bio-Buyers will endeavor to contact the Buyer, in order to indicate to him a new delivery address as soon as possible. In the event of delivery by a carrier requiring hand delivery to the Buyer, Bio-Buyers does not

Any delay in delivery cannot give rise to the cancellation of the Order or to any compensation. However, if the delivery period is exceeded by seven (7) days, the Buyer may

2.7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The Buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the Product(s) ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal with Bio-Buyers .
The articles must be sent intact and complete in their original packaging (in particular with the labels bearing their references), and generally, in a packaging identical to that used during the expedition allowing their re-marketing.
Returned items must be accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of the package.
The shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Items received damaged or non-compliant are returned for exchange free of charge.
However, it should be noted that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in particular for:
- The supply of goods made according to the Buyer's specifications;
- The supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the Buyer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Products already exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.
Only purchases paid online can be refunded. Cash on delivery orders can only be exchanged. Refunds and exchanges are made within 10 working days after receipt of the return. Delivery costs incurred by the customer upon receipt of their initial order are non-refundable.
2.8 - PRODUCT CONFORMITY GUARANTEE:
The products ordered on the Site must be delivered without defects of conformity.
