1 - ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

Bio-Buyers reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend or modify without notice access to all or part of the Service in order to ensure maintenance or for any other reason, without the interruption giving rise to any obligation or compensation.

Bio-Buyers will do its best to ensure the availability of its Services and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, your access to Bio-Buyers Services may occasionally be suspended or limited to allow for repairs, maintenance, or to add new features or services. We will endeavor to limit the frequency and duration of these suspensions or limitations.

Therefore, Bio-Buyers cannot in any way be held responsible for the content of linked sites and does not guarantee that the User will be satisfied with the products and services offered by these third-party sites.

However, if a User informs Bio-Buyers that a link on the Site refers to a page whose content is unlawful, Bio-Buyers will remove the link to that page.

6 - REVIEWS, BLOGS & FORUMS

www.bio-buyers.com reserves the right to open a forum and/or blog service accessible from its Site and/or to allow Users to publish reviews and/or testimonials.

In such a case, Bio-Buyers reserves the right not to publish or to delete any review, testimonial or comment whose content would be contrary to laws or good morals and, in general, illegal.

Any User who has posted a review, testimonial or comment agrees that Bio-Buyers may use the content for any use (advertising, derivative work, distribution...) and waives any claim to property on this content for free.
