Shipping policy
The Buyer is required to provide Bio-Buyers with precise and necessary instructions to enable the performance of transportation and delivery services, including, but not limited to, the name of the recipient of the delivered products, the complete address where the delivery must be made, and a phone number where the recipient can be reached.
The products ordered on the Bio-Buyers online store are directly sent by Bio-Buyers. The shipping details are indicated in the order summary.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method, the products ordered, and the geographical area specified by the Buyer during the ordering process.
Delivery times are indicative only and have no contractual value. Deliveries are made to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer during the ordering process and are currently limited to Morocco only.
In the event that Bio-Buyers is informed by the carrier that delivery is impossible due to an error in the address provided during the ordering process, Bio-Buyers will endeavor to contact the Buyer as soon as possible to provide a new delivery address. Any additional delivery charges will then be borne by the Buyer, who must immediately pay them.
In the case of delivery by a carrier requiring delivery to the Buyer in person, Bio-Buyers shall not be responsible for any delay or inability to deliver due to the Buyer's repeated unavailability.
Any delay in delivery cannot give rise to the cancellation of the order or any compensation. However, if the delivery time is exceeded by seven (7) days, the Buyer may terminate the online sales contract by sending a letter to Bio-Buyers. The contract will then be deemed terminated.
In case of loss, damage or other damage to the goods, or in case of unusual delay in delivery, it is the responsibility of the recipient or receiver to carry out regular and sufficient observations, to make reservations with respect to the carrier, and in general to carry out all necessary actions to preserve legal recourse within the forms and time limits, failing which no recourse can be exercised against Bio-Buyers.
Losses and damages will be recorded in writing on the delivery note by the recipient (or receiver) upon receipt of the goods. In the event that the recipient refuses the goods for a valid reason, the goods will be returned at Bio-Buyers' expense.
If no reservations are made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the Buyer, they are deemed to be in compliance, and no return of the goods will be possible.
