Refund policy

 

International orders outside of Morocco are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the high cost of shipping and customs fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our international customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it for exchange within 7 days.

Returns are free; simply send us an email at contact@bio-buyers.com or contact our customer service and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.

Please note that products must be returned in their original condition, clean, undamaged, and unused. Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The delivery costs incurred by the customer when receiving their initial order are not refundable.

However, our home fragrances (spray, Capilla, and burners) are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Please note that products that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.

Only purchases made online can be refunded. Orders paid on delivery can only be exchanged. Refunds and exchanges are made within 10 working days after receipt of the return.
