Returns

International orders outside of Morocco are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the high cost of shipping and customs fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our international customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for exchange or refund within 7 days .

Return costs are 35 dh ; just send us an e-mail to contact@bio-buyers.com or contact our customer service and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.

Please note that products must be returned in their original condition, clean, undamaged and unused. Any item that does not comply with these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

However, damaged or non-compliant items received can be returned for exchange free of charge.

Items sold as part of a promotion as well as our room fragrances (spray, Capilla and to burn) are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Please note that products already exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.

Only purchases paid online can be refunded. Cash on delivery orders can only be exchanged. Refunds and exchanges are made within 10 working days after receipt of the return.

Delivery costs incurred by the customer upon receipt of their initial order are non-refundable.
